Hello! Are you looking for a nice room in Heidelberg? This one should be just perfect for you. As my season at the theatre Heidelberg ends in August, I will move out and my room will be available for you.
It is about 20qm big, beautifully lit in the daytime and has a gorgeous wooden floor and high ceilings. The room is in the back of the flat so it is super quiet and you can sleep very well. I am not going to take any of the furniture with me. They are quite new and i took them from the person before as well. Plus we just bought a new washing machine. That is why i would like to have 450,- € for all and is highly appreciated someone ready to take what's in here, actually if you can't take the furniture its unfortunately possible that we decide for someone who can.
If you don't like the furniture you can sell them easily as they are quite new are not damaged and look nice. As you can see in the fotos the furniture include: a desk, a cupboard, a big bookshelf, a guest sofa, a bed with mattress, pillows and blanket, chairs and lamps. The apartment is a charming old building quite big and with a big corridor. The fittings in the bathroom just got renewed, in the Kitchen we have washing machine and a dish washer. The toilet and the bathroom with bathtub and shower are separated from each other.
468€ is all in all, it's what you pay per months, this includes the water, heating internet and electricity.

Hallo! Du suchst ein schönes, großes, helles Zimmer in Heidelberg? Dann bist du hier genau richtig. Da meine Saison am Theater Anfang August endet, habe ich dieses tolle Zimmer abzugeben.
Dein Zimmer ist circa 20 qm groß, schön hell, hat einen schicken Holzboden und hohe Decken. Es geht nach hinten zum Hof raus, demnach das ruhigste Zimmer der Wohnung und mensch hat somit einen sehr entspannenden Nachtschlaf :)
Da ich keinerlei Möbel mitnehmen werde, die ich selber zum Teil übernommen hab und wir gerade erst eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft haben, hätt ich gern einen Abschlag von 450,- €
Wenn du die Möbel nicht haben magst, kannst du sie easy verkaufen - sie sind alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wie du auf dem Foto sehen kannst gehören dazu: Schreibtisch, Bett mit Matratze und Bettwäsche (neu!), ein großes Regal, Kleiderschrank, Schlafsofa und Stühle, 2 Lampen.
Die Wohnung ist ein charmanter Altbau, groß und weitläufig. Wir haben gerade neue Armaturen im Bad bekommen, die Küche verfügt über Spül- und Waschmaschine, das Bad mit Duschwanne und die Toilette sind getrennt.
Die 468,- sind deine Gesamtmiete im Monat, ist also "warm" und nicht "kalt".

Sehr zentral gelegen in der Weststadt: zu Fuß in die Altstadt brauchst du circa eine viertel Stunde, S-Bahn Station und Bus gibt es direkt vor der Haustür und der Fahrradweg auf der Rohrbacher ist extra breit. Aus deinem Fenster blickst du direkt auf die grünen Berge, die fußläufig erreichbar für den ein- oder andern Spaziergang perfekt sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 30 Sekunden von der Haustür entfernt (Alnatura und Nahkauf), zum Hbf brauchst du mit der S-Bahn 5 Minuten.
The apartment is very central in Westadt: by foot it takes you only 15 mins to go to Altstadt, there is a bus station and the S-Bahn station 5 mins form the door shelf. From your room you've got a view nice green hills, that invite you to go hiking or take a walk. Shopping is 30 secs from your door (Nahkauf and Alnatura), central station is 5 mins by train.
Du wohnst mit Diana, Harjyot und Alex zusammen, die alle sehr lieb sind und entweder schon arbeiten oder noch studieren. Es ist ein lebhaftes WG-Leben garantiert: gemeinsames Kochen ist das favorite Hobby, Freunde einladen und Ausflüge gehören dazu, aber es ist auch voll okay, wenn du deine Tür zu machst und für dich sein willst. Alle sind mal mehr mal weniger unterwegs und auf reisen. Harryiot wird im Oktober Deutschland leider wieder verlassen und zurück nach Indien gehen, sodass Du dann auch eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in mit aussuchen kannst.
Alles nervige, was ein WG-Leben betreffen könnte, wird easy über flatastic gelöst (Putzplan etc).
You live with Diana, Harjyot and Alex, who are all very nice and are either already working or still studying. Lively shared life is guaranteed: cooking together is the favorite hobby, inviting friends and going on trips are part of it, but it's also totally okay if you close the door and want to be on your own. Everyone is sometimes more or less on the road and travelling. Unfortunately, Harryiot will be leaving Germany again in October and going back to India, so that you can then also choose a new roommate.
Everything annoying that could affect living in a shared apartment is easily solved via flatastic (cleaning plan, etc.).

Diana, Harjyot and Alex would like to get to know you personally, but if it doesn't work out, getting to know each other via zoom is also ok!
