Das Zimmer hat eine große Festerfront und einen sehr kleinen aber schönen Balkon zum Innenhof. Da das Zimmer auf Seite des Innenhofs liegt ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Es enthält einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, eine Kommode, ein großes Bett, und einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl.
Ich bin von Ende Dezember bis Ende Februar nicht in Heidelberg daher steht das Zimmer zur Untervermietung. Die Möbel würde ich frei räumen sodass du Platz hast um deine Sachen zu verstauen.

The room is fully furnished. It contains a closet, a shelf, a chest of drawers, a large bed, and a height-adjustable desk with office chair.
I will be away from Heidelberg from the end of December until the end of February, so the room is available during this time.

Zu Fuß ist man in 4 Minuten am Bismarkplatz, in 2 Minuten bei der Straßenbahnstation Seegarten.
Aldi, Rewe, Penny und Denn's Biomarkt liegen alle in einem Umkreis von 4 Gehminuten.
