The room is incredibly spacious. I am going to leave all of the furniture if not almost all. But that's something we cant discuss. I can also remove them if that is wanted. There are two big windows which provide lots of sunlight. (honestly a must!!)
The house is three stories with 3 roommates on each floor. Your room will be on the 3rd floor. There is a bathroom on every floor and two kitchens. You will only need to share the kitchen with the two other lovely roommates on this floor. Oh, and there is a nice garden out front!
The rent includes everything from wifi to electricity etc.
Wieblingen mitte tram station is less than 5 minutes away. The train isn't too far away either. Easy to get to the city centre and an incredible cozy part of the town.
This is definitely a very welcoming WG where we like to do things with each other a lot. Like cooking, going swimming, etc. We are so excited to get to know you! However, there is also no pressure as we do have an understanding that life sometimes can get very busy.
