Das WG-Zimmer ist für mindestens 1 Jahr zu vergeben. Es hat zwei Fenster nach Westen. Die Monatsmiete beträgt insgesamt 389,44 € (warm, inkl. Festnetz/Internet-Flatrate). Hinzu kommen ggf. 50€ für die Ablöse von Bett und Schrank. Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Couch, ein kleines Gartenstück (gehört zum Haus), einen Kellerraum, eine Eckbadewanne und eine Putzplan.
The room in the shared flat is for minimum 1 year. It has two westward windows. The monthly rent is in total 389,44 € (incl. running costs and telephone/internet-flatrate). If required the room has also a bed and a wardrobe (together for 50€). The flat has laminate flooring. We have a big covered terrace with a couch, a piece of garden (for all house tenants), a cellar, a corner bathtub and a cleaning rota.
In 15-20 min ist man mit den Bussen (33 und 34) oder dem Fahrrad in der Altstadt und im Zentrum. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Schlierbach-Ziegelhausen ist ca. 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
You are in 15-20 min in the city-centre or the old town, with buses 34 and 33, or by bike. The S-Bahn station is in 10 min walking distance.
Wir (43, 29) arbeiten im pädagogischen Bereich. Das WG Leben ist sehr ruhig und jede_r geht seinen Dingen nach. Wir möchten keine ausländerfeindlichen, homophoben oder sexistischen Sachen.
Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber & in Ordnung ist und teilen uns die Verantwortungen.
We (43, 29) are working in the educational sector. Our WG-life is very quiet, everybody following his/her own projects. We dislike xenophobes, homophobs or sexists.
