Hallo! Ich ziehe aus und suchen für dieses wunderschöne und helle WG Zimmer in Schlierbach jemanden zur Nachmiete.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß und teilweise möbliert: es ist ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Bett (1.40 m, ohne Matratze) vorhanden. Es ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und daher sehr schön hell, aus dem Fenster hat man Blick auf den Garten. Für die Möbel würde ich 50€ Abschlag haben wollen.
Hello, I am moving out and looking for a new tenant for the beautiful and bright room in a shared flat in Schlierbach.
The room is approx. 20 square metres in size and partially furnished: there is a wardrobe, a desk with chair and a bed (1.40 m, without mattress). It is east-facing and therefore very bright, with a view of the garden from the window. For the furniture I want 50€.
Die Lage ist super: mit der SBahn oder dem Bus (beides in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen) bist du in 15-20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Auch nach Mannheim und in die weitere Region kommt man durch die SBahn Anbindung sehr leicht. Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig und im Grünen gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind durch einen Rewe und einen Aldi, die beide zu Fuß erreicht werden können, gut gegeben.
The location is great: you can get to the old town in 15-20 minutes by train or bus (both within a 7-minute walk). It's also very easy to get to Mannheim and the wider region thanks to the SBahn connection. The house is beautifully quiet and surrounded by greenery. There are good shopping facilities with a Rewe and an Aldi supermarket both within walking distance.
Du lebst dann in einer großen WG mit sehr lieben Menschen: Marius wohnt im Zimmer neben dir, er studiert Elektrotechnik in Mannheim. Unten wohnt Jeaninen, sie studiert Physik. In einer abgetrennten Wohnung im Dachgeschoss wohnen Anny (studiert Deutsch und Englisch) und Gabriele (arbeitet als Konzertmanager). Das Bad (mit Badewanne!) teilst du dir nur mit Marius und Jeanine, so wie auch die Küche. Die WG hat ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, das von allen genutzt wird, und einen schönen großen Balkon, der viel Sonne abbekommt. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Die WG macht gerne mal gemeinsame Filmabende, grillt zusammen oder unternimmt etwas, aber alles entspannt und ohne Druck, es haben auch alle viel zu tun und sehr unterschiedliche Zeitpläne.
You will live in a large shared flat with very nice people: Marius lives in the room next to you, he studies electrical engineering in Mannheim. Jeaninen lives downstairs, she is studying physics. Anny (studies German and English) and Gabriele (works as a concert manager) live in a separate flat on the top floor. You only share the bathroom (with bathtub!) with Marius and Jeanine, as well as the kitchen. The flat share has a huge living and dining room, which is used by everyone, and a lovely large balcony that gets plenty of sun. There is a garden behind the house that can be shared. The flat share likes to have film evenings together, barbecues or other activities, but everything is relaxed and without pressure, as everyone has a lot to do and very different schedules.
