Das Zimmer ist ca. 9 qm groß und voll möbliert mit / The room is 9 square meters big and fully furnished with:
- Schrank (mit Spiegel und Schubladen) / closet (with mirror and drawers)
- Bett / bed
- Schreibtisch / desk
- Regal / sideboard
- Schrankküche (Spühle, Kühlschrank, Ceran-Kochfeld und Stauraum) / small kitchen in a closet (see picture)
Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Grünfläche zur Mitbenutzung. / In front of the house there is a small garden which may be used.
Gleich vorab: Keine Angst. Wir liegen nicht direkt an der Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage, sondern in zweiter Reihe ;D / Important: Don’t let the busy Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage put you off. Our house is build in second row ;D
Das Zimmer befindet sich gemeinsam mit einem zweiten Zimmer das getrennt vermietet wird im Erdgeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte, die uns gehört. Das Haus ist zentral (Nähe Friedrich-Ebert-Platz) und doch ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. / The room is (together with another room we are renting out separately) located at the ground level of our house. We live right in the centre of Heidelberg but in a quiet spot with lots of green around it. Just a few steps away you find the bus stop Friedrich-Ebert-Platz.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind zu Fuß erreichbar. / All you need for a living can be found withing walking distance.
Es gibt ein weiteres Zimmer. Beide Zimmer teilen sich einen Flur mit Garderobe (den auch wir benutzen, um zu unserer abgetrennten Wohnung in den oberen Geschossen zu gelangen) und ein Bad mit Dusche, sind aber abgesehen davon "autark" durch die Schrankküchen. Das Ganze ist schwer zu beschreiben. Am besten, ihr schaut es euch einfach an ;) / There is a second room. Both rooms share a bathroom but have their own tiny kitchens. It’s all a little bit out of the ordinary so just come and have a look ;)
Eine Waschmaschine kann leider nicht genutzt werden. Es gibt aber Waschsalons nicht allzu weit entfernt. / A washing machine can‘t be used unfortunately. Laudromates are available not too far from the house.
Die angegebene Miete verstehen sich als "ALL-INCLUSIVE". Enthalten sind pauschal alle Nebenkosten des Zimmers (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, W-Lan ...). / The rent is “all inclusive” (energy, water, heating, washing machine, wifi...).
Die Parkmöglichkeiten beschränken sich auf freie Parkplätze (Anwohnerparken) und Parkhäuser in der Nähe, dafür ist die Bushaltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz mit Anbindung zum Bahnhof, zum Bismarckplatz und zum Neuenheimerfeld wenige Meter entfernt. / Parking is limited to „resident‘s parking and the car parks in the area, but the bus stop „Friedrich-Ebert-Platz“ with rides to the main train station, the Bismarckplatz and the Neuenheimerfeld is only a few meters away.
