Hey there dear future roomies
as I am in holidays and a coaching training for 2 month and won't be home in my beautiful room, we are looking for a great, open-minded and happily international flatmate. (Deutsche sind jedoch natürlich auch ok 😅)
The available room is super bright with a view out to the green, has 24sqm and is fully furnished, ready for you to just move in with a suitcase. The flat is newly renovated and has high ceilings with stucco, electric shutters in al rooms and a beautiful new parquet floor.
As I used to have a cat i can not avoid that there is after cleaning a little bit of cat hair still left in the room - so in case you have an allergy this room is not suitable for you.
The move-in date is ready whenever from now on as I’m already gone and it's possible to rent it shorter as well. The rent per day is 30€ 😊
We live in Weststadt, one of the most popular locations in Heidelberg since the neighbourhood is very open and international and is the home to many beautiful little cafés. Additionally the city center and popular river neckar can be reached through a lovely 10min stroll through the neighbourhood and the Heidelberg main train station is only 8min and the next tram stop only 2min walking distance away. There is also a big market within 5 minutes walking distance where you can meet amazing people and where there are always great street artists playing instruments.
We are: Lisa (from the Frankfurt region), and Marta (from Portugal)
Lisa has lived in Europes most beautiful cities (such as Innsbruck) and is a true Mountain & hiking lover. Lisa started her first full time job as a school psychologist- supporting many different schools around Heidelberg with her positivity and great ideas.
Marta is from beautiful Lisbon Portugal and is our Mrs Sporty as she goes running most mornings and hits the Gym most nights. Marta works as a Key Account Manager in Heidelberg and is in Homeoffice most days.
Marta and Lisa are both new in Heidelberg and love to get out and discover new things with open minded people. They are both amazing people to live with and always keen to hang out, eat together or just chat a bit after a long work day.
Relationship:
We appreciate not having to fight over who buys salt, olive oil, etc. We share who buys what and keep it simple. If you are a loner or turn over every cent twice, you unfortunately do not fit to us.
We would like to explore Heidelberg together with the future roommate, since we ourselves still love to discover new things in Heidelberg. Also, we both like to have friends over who may then also sleep in our living room. Of course, this also applies to you as a future roommate. :-)
Cleaning:
We will have a cleaning person who takes care of the overall together space cleaning duties every 2nd week. Stuff like putting away our dishes or emptying the dishwasher etc is done by ourselves, so the work keeps with us three really within limits.
Furniture and other:
We have in the apartment really everything you need to live (pots, dishes, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine,...), so you would only need to bring your own clothes.
By the way:
We have 2 refrigerators - you’ve got your own - so that it is not cramped with our passion for cooking 😍
