Es ist schön groß, hat Dielen und eine gemütliche Arbeits- oder Schlafnische.

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Straße nahe der Innenstadt gelegen. Es sind etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Schuhstraße, dort fahren viele Busse ab, es gibt Netto, DM, C&A. Ebenfalls nur einige Minuten Fußweg entfernt sind der Dom, die Michaliskirche, der Ernst-Ehrlicher-Park und der Hohnsensee, Kunstraum und Kunstverein.
Ebenfalls vor Kurzem eingezogen sind Christina (20), die eine Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin macht und Lisa (22), die gerade ihr Studium der Kulturwissenschaften anfängt. Es gibt daher noch keine festen WG-Marotten und du kannst das WG-Leben ganz neu mitgestalten.
