Hello! We're looking for 2 roommates for 2 unfurnished rooms opening up in our shared apartment in Hittnau (Zürich) starting from April/March.
We prefer individuals interested in a long-term stay.
The house is spacious, spanning two floors, with a total of 5 rooms (one room is shared by two people), a bathroom on the upper floor, and a separate toilet on the lower floor. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and winter garden are shared spaces. Additionally, there's a hot tub in the backyard. Surrounded by gardens, the house is nestled in greenery and conveniently connected to public transport with a bus stop right outside. Zurich is a 30-minute drive away, and the house is close to Pfäffikon, Wetzikon, Hinwil, Rapperswil, and Rüti.
The rent for the smaller room, which is 13.9 square meters, is 800 CHF per month, while the larger room, measuring 15 square meters, is 980 CHF per month. All utilities and internet are included.
Parking is free.
Currently, there are 2 girls (aged 25 and 38) and 2 boys (aged 27 and 28) living in the house, coming from Italy and Switzerland. The common languages are English and German.
We're available for video calls and/or in-person visits.
