Hello, a room in five room shared apartment is available from April 10th. The apartment is located at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 16 at the city center near the swimming pool in Ilmenau. The train station is only 10 mins walk away and kaufland is only 5 minutes away.
The room currently has four other tenants apart from me. Three are from Pakistan and one from Germany. We are all friendly and open people and sometimes like to get together for fun.
The room is pretty big around 18m2 and has a nice big window. The room gets plenty of sunlight on clear days and has a nice view as well. Plus, it is on the backside of the building, so there is very little noise. The apartment has everything of need. The kitchen has a dish washer, washing machine and an owen. The internet is free of cost, and the utilities are included in the rent.
I will also be leaving my furniture behind, the cost is 400 euros, everything thing in the photos is included.
