wir suchen ab sofort ein neue Mitbewohner/-in für unsere 3er WG in Ilmenau Pörlitzer Höhe (ca. 5min zu Fuß). Das Zimmber selbst ist schon möbliert: Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Schlafsofa, Kommode.
Es ist bequem, hell, und gut beleuchtet. Dazu haben wir auch zur Zusammennutzung: Waschmaschine, Esstisch, TV und Sofas im Wohnzimmer, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Elektroherd, und alle Küchenutensilien die Du brauchst.
Wenn du ein Raucher bist, ist ein Balkon für dich vorhanden (übrigens deine Mitbewohner rauchen nicht).
Egal ob du ein Student oder Angestellter bist, ob du lieber auf Deutsch oder Englisch sprichts, wir freuen uns auf dich.
Die Warmmiete ist 175€, inklusiv sind: Internet (WLAN DSL bis zu 10Mbps), GEZ, Wasser, Strom, Gas

We are looking for new tenant at our 3 person WG in Ilmenau Pörlitzer Höhe. The room is fully furnished with work desk, chair, wardrobe, sofa bed, and a dresser. It is very comfortable and well lighted.
In our WG, we also already have a washing machine, kitchen (dining table, microwave, oven, electric stove, etc.). If you are a smoker, we also have a balcony for you to smoke there (the current tenants are not smoker by the way).
We are welcome to any applicants, whether you are a student or young professional, English or German speaker. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are interested!

Wir sind nette und sympatische (Master) Studenten aus Indonesien. Normalerweise kochen und essen wir zusammen in unserem Wohnzimmer (+ Netflix). Wir reden auch sehr gern mit einander. Aber natürlich wenn du deine eigene Zeit brauchst, haben wir voll Respekt an deinen Privatbereich. Wir teilen die Aufgaben einmal pro 2 Wochen (oder bei Bedatf), um die WG sauber zumachen.

Current tenants are students from Indonesia. We like to cook and dine together while watching Netflix in our living room; but of course if you have other preferences, we totally respect that as well. We share the cleaning tasks for our WG typically every other weeks.
