Innenstadt etwa 10 Minuten, das MVZ ist quasi hinterm Haus und direkt vor der Haustüre führt der Ilmradweg entlang.
Ebenfalls direkt vor dem Haus: Parkplätze! Und Altglascobtainer sind auch in der Nähe.

You will see (literally) that nothing is really far away. To the train station, Kaufland and Edeka it's an approx. 5 minutes walk.
To the university, depending on the destination, 15 to 25 minutes walking.
Downtown about 10 minutes, the MVZ is practically behind the house and directly in front of the door the Ilmradweg leads along.
Also directly in front of the house: parking spaces! And waste glass containers are also nearby.

Ich studiere AMW, bin ein Kaffee Junkie und versuche mich gerne kreativ oder als Pflanzenmutti. Die Pflanzen leben noch. Yay.
Eigentlich ist es hier recht ruhig und entspannt, da ich mein Studium zu Ende bringen möchte und meine Mitbewohnerin bereits ausgezogen ist. Gemeinsam kochen ist immer gut, Filme schauen oder an einem Sommerabend auf dem Balkon ein Glas Wein oder ein Bier trinken. So, wie es passt.

Mir ist wichtig, dass wir in Sachen Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Tagesrhythmus halbwegs am selben Strang ziehen. So wie die Bilder da, schaffen wir das?

Hi, I am Alisa and I am looking for a new roomie.
I'm studying AMW, I love coffee, a wannabe plant mummy and every now and then I try to get creative. The plants still live, yay.

Actually it is quite quiet and relaxed here, as I want to finish my studies and my roommate has already moved out. Cooking together is always good, watching movies or having a glass of wine or a beer on the balcony on a summer evening. Just the way it fits.

To me, it's important that we're in the same boat when it comes to tidiness, cleanliness and rhythm. Like in the pictures, do you think, we can do that?

Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, ein Kellerabteil und ab Ende des Monats auch einen Aufzug. Bis dahin sind es noch viele Treppen.

Die sonstigen Kosten sind Strom und Internet.
Die Kaution ist eine Kaution.
Sollte das Mietverhältnis verlängert werden, würde eine Ablösesumme für die übernommenen Möbel im Haushalt anfallen, die Details dazu erzähle ich dir gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.

Pflanzen sind absolut willkommen, ich werde mich wieder an Gemüseanbau probieren und freue mich, wenn du dafür auch zu begeistern bist. Kleintiere sind erlaubt, größere Tiere jedoch nicht.

There is a bicycle cellar, a cellar compartment and from the end of the month also an elevator. Until then there are still many stairs.
