Im August werde ich Ilmenau für das kommende Semester verlassen und biete das Zimmer von September bis Ende März zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer werde ich komplett möbliert zurücklassen. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, eine Kleiderstange, eine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch+ Schreibtischstuhl.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, aber gegen jegliches Licht/Lärm gibt es ein Außenrollo.
In der WG gibt es eine sehr große Küche und ein sehr großes Badezimmer.

I am going to move for an internship to Munich and will leave the room fully furnished for you! It includes a big bed, a desk+chair, a clothing rack and a cupboard. The kitchen and the Bathroom are very spacious, airy and we have lots of light coming into the flat. The flat is never too hot or too cold.
Das Zimmer ist über einen Blumenladen gleich gegenüber von Kaufland gelegen. 10min Fußweg zur Uni und 3min in die Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad nur an die 5min zur Uni. Der Stadtcampus ist auch in unter 5min zu erreichen. Geschäfte, Fitnessstudio sind gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage, um alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The room is located perfectly in town. About 10min to the Uni on foot or 3min into the center of the town. It is located right opposite of the biggest shop in Ilmenau.
Wir sind drei Freundinnen, die zusammen im sechsten Semester AMW studieren und haben im zweiten Semester diese WG gemeinsam gegründet, weswegen es sich um keine Zweck-WG handelt.
Aber auch Du als neues WG-Mitglied würdest herzlich aufgenommen und, wenn Du das möchtest, selbstverständlich in den WG-Alltag integriert werden. So laufen wir beispielsweise gerne zusammen in die Uni, entspannen in unserem Garten oder veranstalten gemeinsame Kochabende.
Außerdem sind wir Menschen, die es gerne sauber haben, weswegen wir einmal die Woche einen gemeinsamen WG-Putz veranstalten, damit es ordentlich bleibt.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr aufgeschlossene und lustige Personen, ihr werdet euch sicherlich gut verstehen!
Durch die Klausurenphase und Semsterferien wird es eher ruhig in der WG sein und teilweise sind die beiden auch nicht da.

I live together with two friendly girls that would love to have an open, kind and orderly flatmate. We all study communication science and founded the flat in the second semester.
