Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und hat hohen Decken (ca. 2,7 m), sodass es sehr geräumig ist und genügend Platz für alle Deine Bedürfnisse bietet. Die Fenster sind aus Holz (sind dicht) und mit Rollos ausgestattet. Tagsüber scheint viel Licht in das Zimmer, besonders im Sommer ist es sehr sonnig, welches aber durch die Rollos bei Bedarf abgedunkelt werden kann. Ein Bett und ein Schrank können nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über:

- Abstellkammer (bisher teilweise mit offenem Fenster zusätzlich zum Rauchen genutzt)

- Geschirrspülmaschine

The room is approximately 17 m² in size and has high ceilings (about 2.7 m), making it very spacious and offering plenty of space for all your needs. The windows are made of wood (they are not leaky) and equipped with blinds. During the day, a lot of light shines into the room, especially in the summer it is very sunny, which, can be darkened as needed with the blinds. A bed and furniture can be arranged.

Die Wohnung ist so zentral gelegen, wie es nur sein könnte. Alles, was Du brauchst, ist zu Fuß erreichbar:

- Apotheke 1 Minute
- Es gibt viele Restaurants rund um den Ort
- Die Uni ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß und etwa 6-8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt
- Der Ilmenauer Hauptbahnhof ist in 5 Minuten und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in unter einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar
- Zu der WG gehört ein Stellplatz (in der Miete enthalten) hinter dem Haus, welcher ab Einzug nicht verwendet wird

The apartment is as centrally located as possible. Everything you need is within walking distance:
- Kaufland 2 minutes
- Pharmacy 1 minute
- There are many restaurants around the place
- The university is 15 minutes by foot and about 6-8 minutes by bike
- The Ilmenau main station is 5 minutes away and the nearest bus stop is less than a minute on foot
- The shared apartment includes a parking space (included in the rent) behind the house, which is not being used from the time of moving in
Das WG-Leben ist hier ziemlich entspannt und offen. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Noel und Youssef. Sie sind Studenten an der TU-Ilmenau, Noel schreibt gerade seiner MA und Youssef studiert im Bachelor. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig, es finden keine größeren Partys statt, hat aber keiner was dagegen wenn doch mal einige Freunde mehr eingeladen werden. Wir sprechen Deutsch oder Englisch miteinander.

The shared apartment life here is quite relaxed and open. Your future roommates are Noel and Youssef. They are students at the TU Ilmenau, Noel is currently writing his MA thesis, and Youssef is studying for his Bachelor's degree. The apartment is clean and quiet, no big parties happen, but no one minds if a few more friends are invited over now and then. We speak German or English with each other.
Das Haus ist ruhig, die Nachbarn soweit ganz nett, wir haben bisher keine negativen Erfahrungen mit den aktuellen Nachbarn gemacht. Die Hausverwaltung ist gut erreichbar und kooperativ.

The house is quiet, the neighbors are quite nice so far, we haven't had any negative experiences with the current neighbors. The property management is easily accessible and cooperative.
