Hey you,
since I am doing a semester abroad from January until May 2017, we are currently looking for a new flatmate as an interim tenant. Our apartment is shared by three persons and is located in the heart of Ilmenau. Wether it’s 3, 4 or 5 months – I am gladly accommodating you with the actual duration. Just ask! ;-)
The apartment is part of an old building directly in the city centre. It features very high ceilings, is light-flooded and suitable for a shared apartment.
Your room is completely furnished. The furniture consists of a 1,6 m bed, a shoe shelve, a TV, an open closet (which, if wished for, can also be closed by the corresponding doors), a dresser and a beautiful window.
The shared apartment is located in the heart of Ilmenau – directly in the city centre. You can reach all of the shopping facilities (like Nahkauf, Tchibo, die Post, DM, different drugstores and the huge supermarket Kaufland) by foot.
While riding the bike it takes you 7 minutes to reach the university. By foot you would need some more time, but in Ilmenau everyone rides his/her bike anyhow. There are parking lots close by – for that you will need to get a residence pass, which is easy to get.
You will share the apartment with Apollonia and Julia. Apollonia is currently enrolled in her masters in media economics and Julia in her bachelors in Optronik.
Our kitchen is our meeting point. In here we like to spend some evenings cooking together while occasionally having a glass of wine. Furthermore we like to get together in order to watch Tatort sometimes. Nevertheless you can of course always retire to your room when feeling like it.
