Das Zimmer ist ein echtes Schnäppchen, sogar für Ilmenau. Die WG besitzt eine große Wohnküche zum gemeinsamen Kochen und entspannen. In dem geräumigen Bad befindet sich neben der Dusche auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt eine kleine Abstellkammer in der Küche und einen Dachboden mit reichlich Platz.
Am besten kommst du einfach vorbei und guckst dir die Wohnung an.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtcampus und ca.20 Minuten vom Hans-Stamm-Campus entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad um einiges schneller:D
Kaufland ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und ein Netto ist gleich um die Ecke.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Moritz(25), Matthias, Maria(24) und Christian(27), die alle in ihrem Masterstudium sind.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, gerne wird auch mal zusammen gefeiert. Dennoch kann jeder seine Ruhe genießen und wird dann auch nicht gestört.
In der Miete sind Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Internet enthalten.
