The room is spacious and furnished.

The bed was bought by the previous owner. The bed and mattress (140 cm x 200 cm x 15 cm) cost 150 euros (Ablösevereinbarung). In order to live pleasantly and comfortably, the new roommate gets 1.5 rooms (bedroom (12 m^2) and 1/2 living room).

"Come and live": The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything you need to live, including dishes.

Es gibt auch einen Keller, in dem man beispielsweise Ihr Fahrrad abstellen kann.
"Come and live": Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt alles, was man zum Leben braucht, inklusive Geschirr.
You can walk to the campus in approx. 7 minutes, to the train station in 10 minutes and to the city center in 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop near the house. Excellent forest walks around the residential area are also within walking distance.

Den Campus erreichen Sie zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten, zum Bahnhof in 10 Minuten, in die Innenstadt in 15 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich auch in der Nähe des Hauses. Ausgezeichnete Waldspaziergänge rund um das Wohngebiet sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
