Die Zimmer sind ca. 20qm gross und sehr hell. Küche ist vorhanden und besitzt auch Spülmaschine. Das Bad ist mit Wanne und Dusche sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bodenbelag ist Laminat bzw. Fliesen im Bad. Weiterhin gibt es einen Hof und eine Scheune zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern, Roller etc. Gerne kann auch unser Garten im Nachbarhaus, welcher durch die Scheune erreichbar ist genutzt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG eines renovierten Bauernhauses im Impflingen, einem Vor Ort von Landau. Mit öffentl. Nahverkehr ist die Stadt gut zu erreichen ebenso mit Fahrrad.
ÖPN ist gut angebunden. Ebenso gibt es einen Fahrradweg nach Landau. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Impflingen in einem renov. Altbau. Impflingen ist ca. 4 km südlich von Landau mit regem Dorfleben.
Gesucht werden 2 Mädchen für eine 3-er WG. Gutes Miteinander und auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten wären schön.
Die Miete beträgt 250€ plus 80€ Nebenkosten alles incl.
