Helles und großes Zimmer in einer schönen 80m2 Wohnung zu vermieten. Möbel wären bereits vorhanden und könnten gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer kann langfristig aber auch temporär vermietet werden.
Spacious and bright room in a very nice 80m2 Flat for rent. The room is already furnished but can be replaced by your own stuff.
It is possible to stay long-term as well as short-term in the room.
Die Lage ist echt super!
Mega Anbindung an die U4 ( Friedensbrücke u. Roßauer Lände), U6 (Jägerstraße) sowie Straßenbahnen und Busse (5, 31 u. 33).
Zudem ist der Augarten ums Eck und man kommt auch schnell zum Donaukanal, Donauinsel und Zentrum, vorallem mit dem Fahrrad. Außerdem gibts alles andere (Supermärkte, Post usw.) was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einfach meine persönliche Lieblingslage in Wien :)
The Location is Amazing!
You have a really got connection to various public transportation options (U4,U6, 5, 33, 31...) and are super close to the Augarten, Donaukanal, Donauinsel and the Center. Especially with the bicycle it is super convenient.
Also there is everything else you could need in the area such as supermarkets or the post office.
Just my personal favorite location in Vienna :)
Dein Mitbewohner werde ich (Martin, 25) sein. Komme aus Vorarlberg und bin seit ca. 5 Jahren in Wien und schreib gerade meine Masterarbeit fertig. Bin gern draußen mit Freunden unterwegs und mach gern Sport und versuche mich bei der Fotografie.
Das WG- Leben stell ich mir respektvoll und mit viel humor vor :)
