Ibks most central room 2er WG (summer sublet)

You wanna stay right in the heart of Innsbruck, wake up and look out onto the Goldenes Dachl and the Nordkette?

I'm an Erasmus outbound student and currently already out of the country. After some minor periods, my room is now free again and would seek for an enthusiastic occupant for this summer.

It is available from NOW for up to 3 months (13.08.23) than I'd be back (potentially possible for some more weeks after discussion). It's a shared flat with two rooms, really spacious (71qm) in centuries old building right in the lovely oldtown and only one step from the nightlife. You walk 10 min to the main campus, 0 min to centre, 5 min to Sowi campus and a tram/bus station right there going anywhere, especially Technic campus!
HuBu-Bahn is only a 5 min walk as well, so it's great for the quick spring skiing in lecture breaks.

Your room is spacious (~22qm) and fully furnished. There's a large desk, 140x200 bed and some rack/shelves, dresser (freed from my stuff except for like one shelf). Also theres a nice e-piano which you can use. As well you could use my pair of skis if desired! :)
In exchange, there are a few boxes stacked at one wall with my stuff, but shouldn't be any problem.
We don't have a living room, but Raffi's room is even bigger and has a nice little tv corner and can host a whole group. The kitchen is big enough for 4-6 squeezing people and got a real Erbswurst! Bathroom is separated but connected (medieval layout...) and there's a washing machine! Gas, internet included 👍
-> 'cold rent' is warm rent with everything!!
The flat is in 4th floor w/o elevator, it's a mountaineering city! There is a bicycle room in 1st; parking is difficult/possible out-of-centre. (After discussion you may be allowed to use my road bike as well)

You'd be living with a nice 24y old guy in med school, German with Italian blood and thus great pizza skills and pizza oven! He's a superb chef and you should like asian food :) Additionally he hits up the gym and is tennis player. In general it's rather calm life in the flat but no problem to invite people over or undertaking something together whether on the mountains or in the city. He's got an even bigger room with a small tv corner where one can watch a movie at times or invite friends. And there is a daily "Tagesschau" obligation 😅

Wir haben eine sehr coole 2er-WG im Altbau direkt in der Herzog-Friedrich-Str! Blick zum Goldenen Dachl und Nordkette. Ich bin grad schon in Norwegen m Erasmus und ZwMiete wäre jetzt doch wieder frei geworden... 😅, deshalb ab SOFORT zur Zwischenmiete bereit!

LAGE
Eben direkt in der Altstadt, nach der Bar muss man nur noch die Treppe hochfallen! :) Zu Fuß: Hauptuni - 10min, Sowi - 5min, Tram - 1min (Technik 15min). HuBu Bahn 5min – letzten Schnee nutzen! Oder einfach zum Abschalten kurz hochfahren falls FTT, Hubu Trail etc.
Wohnung insgesamt 71qm, Zimmer 22, und all incl. (Gas, Internet, Strom) untervermietet, bis max. 13.08.23 / evtl. Ende August.

Zimmer ist voll möbliert, ein riesen Schreibtisch, für Architekten oder chaotische Physikstudenten(👀) geeignet😅, ein 140x200 Bett und ne Kommode, ein Kallax. Ich hab meine Sachen fast vollständig ausgeräumt. Nur ein Fach im Kallax und Schreibtisch ist noch mit ner Essenz besetzt, und paar Unterlagen etc. Musste leider einen Stapel aus 3 Kartons mit meinen Sachen an der linken Wand lassen, aber war eh toter Raum, s Radl da...
Es ist auch n gutes e-piano da zur Benutzung. Bin auch Radfahrer und RR kann evtl bei Interesse auch hergenommen werden :)
Kein extra Wohnzimmer, aber Raffi's Zimmer ist riesig mit kleiner Sofa-Ecke mit Bildschirm. Küche, Bad rel. groß, m. WaMa, aber Kopf einziehen. Erbswurst & Pizzaofen vorhanden👌
Liegt im 4. ohne Aufzug⛰️, Fahrradkeller im Ersten.
8 Uhr Tagesschau.

Du müsstest mit Raffi klarkommen, offen, Zahni, regelmäßig im Fitness, Tennisspieler/trainer, macht gute Pizza, Espresso und anderes Essen... Wird schwer!

Also, melde dich, wenn du mit Camembert klarkommst! :)
