Dein neues Zimmer ist hell, auch meine Pflanzen haben das Licht sehr genossen. Es ist zwar nicht riesig, es passt aber alles rein was man so braucht. Ich würde gerne die Holzkommode und den Schrank drin lassen, dafür wird auch keine Ablöse fällig :-)
Bad und WC sind getrennt, weshalb es selten zu Stau kommt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine gute Kaffeemaschine. Von der Küche kommt man in ins Esszimmer, wo es sich schön zusammensitzen und quatschen lässt. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, der sehr viel Sonne abbekommt und auf dem es sogar im Winter erstaunlich warm ist.
Die Lage ist ruhig, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell überall hin.
In 3 Minuten ist man bei der Tramhaltestelle "Pradler Friedhof", mit der Linie 3 ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ebenfalls ca 10 Minuten. Die Uni erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Einkaufen: Ein MPreis ist direkt um die Ecke (3 min zu Fuß entfernt). Das DEZ mit mehreren Supermärkten, IKEA etc ist 3 min (mit dem Fahrrad) bzw 9 min (zu Fuß) entfernt
Du würdest mit Alex (25) und Adriana (30) zusammen wohnen. Alex kommt ursprünglich aus Ehrwald, wohnt aber schon lange in Innsbruck und arbeitet in der IT. Er ist (fast) immer für gemeinsame Spiele- und Kochabende zu haben und hat einen sehr vielfältigen Musikgeschmack. Adriana kommt aus Italien, ist gerade erst nach Innsbruck gezogen und arbeitet ebenfalls schon. Beide sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
Die beiden sind auf der Suche nach einer offenen, sozialen Person, die auch mal etwas gemeinsam kochen & essen & anderweitig unternehmen möchte.

Your new room is very bright (good for your plants if you have any). It's not huge but it fits everything you need. I would like to leave my closet and the dresser in the room for free if you want. :-)
Toilet and bathroom are in seperate rooms so that it's never really crowded. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining room that is perfect for gettogethers. The balcony gets a lot of sun and is warm even in winter.
The nearest tram stop is 3 min by foot away and you reach the city center in 10 minutes, same when you cycle. There is a supermarket right next to the tram stop (also 3 min away) and the DEZ with lots of different shops is also close by. To university it takes around 15 minutes by bike.
You would live with Alex (25), from Austria and Adriana (30), from Italy. Both are already working and very nice. I've lived with Alex since October and he was always up for game nights or cooking together. Adriana just moved to Innsbruck and is exploring the city and the surroundings.
The two are looking for an open and social person who would also enjoy doing something together.
