Zwei Zimmer frei in 3er-WG!

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
zwei unserer ruhigen, hellen Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG werden ab dem 1. August frei und du kannst dich auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben freuen.
Im kleinsten Zimmer ist ein Bett (1,40 m breit), ein Kästchen und ein sehr großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Das Zimmer verfügt auch über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank bzw. Garderobe + ein Schreibtischsessel bei Bedarf (siehe Fotos). Der Preis ist 600€.
Im größten Zimmer ist auch ein Bett (1,40 m breit), ein Schreibtisch, ein Sofa, zwei Regale, eine Wandkonsole und sogar ein Fernseher vorhanden. Das Zimmer verfügt auch über einen weiteren Raum, der als Kleiderschrank bzw. Garderobe dient (siehe Fotos), und über eine kleine Terrasse. Der Preis ist 630€.
Bei der Miete ist alles inklusive (außer Wlan).
Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet und hat neben den 3 Zimmern noch Küche, Bad und Klo getrennt, Abstellraum, Gang und eine super Terrasse zu bieten. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt (Ofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, ....) bis hin zum Brotbackautomaten ist wirklich alles vorhanden.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit unserem tollen Mitbewohner Leon (25 und aus Italien), der wir nur ungern verlassen. Leon studiert und ist super nett und entspannt und immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche oder der Terrasse zu haben. Generell war das Zusammenleben immer sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
Perfekte Lage gegenüber der Technik-Uni und mit den Straßenbahnen 2 und 5 sowie sämtlichen Bussen ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt, der Hauptuni, am Hauptbahnhof und auch zu den Bergen ist es nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (MPreis, Ruetz, Spar) und Restaurants sind auch gleich ums Eck. Auch ein Volleyball-, Fußball- und Basketballplatz sind in wenigen Metern verfügbar.

Hello dear apartment seekers,
two of our quiet, bright rooms in our 3-person shared apartment are available from the 1st of August!
The smallest room has a bed (1.40 m wide), a bedside table and a very large desk. The room also has a large walk-in wardrobe + a desk chair if needed (see photos). The price of the room is 600€.
The largest room has a bed (1.40 m wide), a desk, a sofa, two pieces of furniture, a wall shelf and even a TV. The bedroom also has another small room, which serves as a closet (see photos), and a small terrace. The price of the room is 630€.
Utilities are included in the rent (except wifi).
The apartment is fully furnished and has in addition to the 3 rooms a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet separately, a storage room, a hallway and a super terrace. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a dryer. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, ....); up to the bread maker is really everything available.
You would live together with our great roommate Leon (25 and from Italy). Leon studies at the university and is super nice and relaxed and always available for conversation in the kitchen or on the terrace. In general, living together with him has always been very pleasant.
The rooms are in a perfect location: in front of the Technik-Uni and if you take the trams n° 2 and 5 or the bus you can reach the city center in a few minutes but also the main building of the university and the station. Moreover, it’s not far from the mountains. Shopping facilities (MPreis, Ruetz, Spar) and restaurants, as well as a sport center are also just around the corner.

Dal 1° agosto si liberano due camere tranquille e luminose nel nostro appartamento per 3 persone!
La camera più piccola ha un letto (largo 1,40 m), un comodino e una scrivania molto grande. La stanza dispone anche di una grande cabina armadio o di un armadio + una sedia da scrivania se necessario (vedi foto). Il prezzo è di 600€.
La camera più grande dispone di un letto (largo 1,40 m), una scrivania, un divano, due scaffali, una mensola a muro e anche di una TV. La camera ha anche di un'altra stanza che può servire da guardaroba (vedi foto) e di una piccola terrazza. Il prezzo è di 630€.
Nell’affitto sono inclusi tutti i consumi (tranne il wifi).
L'appartamento è completamente ammobiliato e dispone di 3 camere, cucina, bagno e WC separati, ripostiglio, corridoio e una super terrazza. Nel bagno sono presenti una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice. In cucina troverete tutto il necessario (forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, microonde, piatti, ....) e anche una macchina per il pane.
Vivresti con il nostro fantastico coinquilino Leon (25 anni e italiano). Leon studia all’università ed è molto simpatico, sempre pronto a fare due chiacchiere in cucina o in terrazza. In generale, la convivenza è sempre stata sempre molto piacevole e senza complicazioni.
La posizione è assolutamente perfetta: di fronte all'Università Technik. Con i tram n° 2 e 5 e gli autobus si può raggiungere il centro città, l'edificio principale dell’università, la stazione ferroviaria e anche le montagne in pochi minuti. Anche i negozi (MPreis, Ruetz, Spar) e i ristoranti sono dietro l'angolo. A pochi metri dall’appartamento si trova anche un campo da pallavolo, calcio e basket.
