Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Großes Fenster, tolle Aussicht, riesen Einbauschrank. Möbel würde ich alles im Zimmer lassen. In den 265€ ist schon alles mit inbegriffen (Wlan, Gis, usw). Im Keller ist auch noch massig Platz, wenn irgendwas untergestellt oder zwischengelagert werden muss.
Die Wohnung liegt neben dem Einkaufszentrum West, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Merkur, H&M usw) sind direkt um die Ecke. Zu der Haltestelle Höttinger Au West sind es ca 3-4 Minuten und von da aus kommt man überall hin. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Radl natürlich auch schnell überall, Fahrradkeller gibts auch :)
Deine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen sind absolut lustig, lieb nett und für alles zu haben. Alles kann kein muss. Die Küche ist nigelnagelneu und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein...
