Im EKZ West gibt es einen Hofer, Billa und eine poststation und die Straßenbahn station ist 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt.

Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Siebträger und Esstisch mit couch. Da die wohnung in einen Neubau ist, ist das Bad auch in sehr gutem Zustand und hat eine Waschmaschine.

Mein Mibewohner ist der Max. Er ist 21 Jahre alt, studiert Pharmazie und kocht gern. Im Zimmer vom Max ist auch ein Balkon, der unter Absprache auch genutzt werden kann.
Die Möbel würde ich gegen eine Ablöse von 150€ drin lassen.
Die Kaution beträgt 1200€.
