Da ich im Sommer nicht in Innsbruck bin, würde ich gerne mein Wg-Zimmer von Juli bis Ende September (flexibel) untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG in der Uferstraße in der Höttinger Au, der Radweg und der Inn sind direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet einen großen Garten mit Terrasse, die direkt vom Zimmer und von der Küche aus erreichbar ist. Zur Wohnung gehören ein Tiefgaragenplatz und ein Kellerabteil.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und durch die Fensterfront den ganzen Tag lang hell. Es wird aber nicht zu warm, da die Sonne nicht direkt hinein scheint (das Bild ist vom Winter, wenn die Sonne niedriger bleibt). Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Backofen. Im Garten gibt es einen Grill und im Bad eine Waschmaschine.
Du wohnst bei Hannes und Daniel, sie sind Mitte zwanzig und berufstätig. Sie sind unkompliziert, viel in den Bergen unterwegs und für alles zu begeistern.
Die Miete beträgt 540 Euro im Monat, die Kaution ist einmalig 800 Euro, die du am Ende zurück bekommst.

As I'm leaving Innsbruck for the summer, I would like to sublet my room in a shared flat from July to the end of September (flexible).
It is a 3-people-flatshare located in the Uferstraße in Höttinger Au, the cycle path and the Inn are right on the doorstep. The flat is located on the ground floor and offers a large garden with terrace, which is directly accessible from the room and the kitchen. The flat has an underground parking place and a cellar compartment.
The room is furnished and bright all day long thanks to the window door. However, it does not get too warm as the sun does not shine directly into it (the picture is from winter, when the sun stays lower). The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and oven. There is a barbecue in the garden and a washing machine in the bathroom.
You will be staying with Hannes and Daniel, who are in their mid-twenties and work. They're easy-going, spend a lot of time in the mountains and are always up for any activities.
The rent is 540 euros per month, the deposit is a one-off 800 euros, which you will get back at the end.
