Helles WG-Zimmer mit Ausblick

Die WG ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet (Höttinger Au) gelegen und bietet gute und schnelle Verbindungen zum Zentrum sowie zur USI und zum Campus Technik der Uni Innsbruck. Es gibt gute Radwege in beide Richtungen und man kommt an alle wichtigen Punkte innerhalb 15min mit dem Rad.
Zusätzlich gibt es direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle (Rehgasse, Linie R) die ca. alle 7min in Richtung Zentrum fährt.

In Gehreichweite liegt ein Mpreis, Bank, DM (Drogeriemarkt), Apotheke und eine lokale Gärtnerei, welche selbst angebaute Lebensmittel wie Obst, Gemüse, Säfte etc. verkauft.

In 10min Fußweg oder noch schneller mit dem Rad oder Bus erreicht man zudem größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie den Hofer oder Billa Plus und ein Fitnessstudio, Baumarkt, etc.

Viele Sportangebote und Möglichkeiten gibt es an der USI (Sport Uni Innsbruck) die nur ca. 5min mit dem Rad entfernt ist.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Nähe zum Inn und schönen Lauf und Spazierwegen direkt am Inn entlang.

The shared appartment is loacted in a quiet residential area (Höttinger Au) and offers fast connections to the city centre and the Technical campus of the Uni Innsbruck. There are plenty of decent bike routes to both directions which get you to almost every major destination within 15min by bike.
Additionaly to that, there is a bus stop (Rehgasse, busline R) directly in front of the building, which gets you to the city centre every 7-8mins.

By foot you can reach the supermarket Mpreis, a bank, DM (drugstore), a pharmacy and a nice local gardener who sells selfgrown goods like vegetables, fruits, juices, etc..

in 10min reach or even faster by bike or bus, there are larger supermarkets (Hofer, Billa Plus), a fitness studio, hardware store, etc..

Plenty of sports activities can be found at the USI (sports campus) which offers countless affordable sports courses for students. You can get there by bike or foot within 5min.

Another highlight is that the house is very close to the Inn River. There is a beautiful route for running or walking or cycling.

Deine Mitbewohnis wären Pad (21, Soziale Arbeit-Studentin) und Julian (23, VWL-Student).
Pad ist gerade noch im Auslandspraktikum in Uganda und wird danach noch ein Auslandssemester dranhängen. Momentan lebt Lara (20, Grafik-Studentin) zur Zwischenmiete in Pads Zimmer.
Julian würde sich über riesig über sportliche und politische Gesellschaft freuen.

Wir sind eine offene und tolerante WG und gehen zusammen liebend gerne den klassischen Innsbrucker Hobbies nach. Uns sind Werte sehr wichtig, also retten wir gelegentlich Lebensmittel oder setzen uns anderswo für eine bessere Welt, für Feminismus und Klimagerechtigkeit ein. Wenn du dich also zur links-grün versifften Bubble zählst, bist du bei uns goldrichtig! Jedoch sind wir auch für jeden anderen Spaß zu haben.

Langweilig wird es daher bei uns nie. Trotzdem wissen wir, wie wichtig es ist sich zurückziehen zu können und gönnen daher jedem soviel Freiraum wie nötig. Ob du eine ruhigere Person bist oder voll aufgedreht und voller Tatendrang bist, ist uns egal. Wichtig ist, dass wir uns alle wohlfühlen und uns verstehen.
Falls du dir vorstellen kannst, mit Julian und Pad zusammen zu leben und zu wohnen, dann bist du hier richtig!

We are three open-minded and easy people and enjoy our time together but allow each other to have enough freedom for ourselves. We like to share the work of cooking and often eat together in the evening or just sit together and chat. We are all basically loving to do sports such as skiing, hiking, running, volleyball, climbing etc and simply enjoy the outdoors.

Julian is 22y old and studies economic science, but spends most of his time at the mountain or at demonstrations for our future. Both intellectual deep talks and funny evenings are guaranteed with Julian.

Pad (Patricia) is 21y old and currently does an internship in Uganda and studies social sciences. Both are incredibly active and love to fight for our future, the climate and equality.

Thats why it never gets boring with us. However, we know how valuable personal freedom is and give each other enough space to do our own stuff and relax whenever needed.
Whether you are a quiet person or a super pumped and full of action kind of person, we dont care that much. Most importantly, we just need to get along and feel home together.
