Die Lage ist eher ruhig, aber trotzdem bist du sofort in der Stadt, z.B. mit dem Radl in 7 Minuten auf der Hauptuni, in 4 auf der USI und in 10 in der Stadt. Für besagtes Rad gibt es auch im Keller und vorm Haus ausreichend Abstellplätze. Solltest du aber den Bus bevorzugen bist du auch hier mit den Linien F, T, und R perfekt versorgt. MPreis, DM und Apotheke sind gleich ums Eck und zum Hofer und Billa-Plus sinds nur wenige Minuten weiter
The flat is located in a peaceful neighborhood but close to the city center, e.g., 7 minutes from the Hauptuni, 4 minutes from the USI and 10 minutes from the city center by bicycle. There is bicycle parking in the basement and also parking space in front of the building. If you prefer taking the bus, there are bus stops for the F, T and R lines nearby. MPreis, DM and a pharmacy are all right around the corner and Hofer and Billa-Plus are just a few minutes farther away
Mit Ines (29) und Daniel (27) hast du zwei gesellige, sportliche und unkomplizierte Mitbewohner. Beide arbeiten und sind gerne am Berg unterwegs. Leider wird der Daniel auch bald ausziehen, da er eine Stelle in Südtirol bekommen hat.
Ines (29) and Daniel (27) are two social, sporty and straightforward flatmates. They both work and can often be found out-and-about on the mountains 🏔️ Unfortunately, Daniel will also be moving out soon, because he got a new position in South Tyrol.
