Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer geräumigen Altbauwohnung mit Fischgrätboden und hohen Decken. Die Größe des Zimmers liegt bei 20 Quadratmetern und hat auch ein Fenster. Außerdem ist das Zimmer vollmöbliert mit einem 160cm breiten Bett, einem großen Schrank, einem Schreibtisch, einer Couch und noch zwei weiteren kleinen Schränken und ist daher sehr gut ausgestattet. Neben den zwei anderen WG-Zimmern befinden sich in der Wohnung zusätzlich noch eine Küche mit kleinem Essbereich mit direktem Anschluss zum Balkon. Natürlich gibt es auch ein Bad mit Waschmaschine sowie eine Toilette. Auch um Dinge zu verstauen bietet die Wohnung genug platz da in der Wohnung selbst ein kleiner Abstellraum drinnen ist und es noch ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung steht.

The room is located in a spacious old apartment with herringbone floor and high ceilings. The size of the room is 20 square meters and also has a window. In addition, the room is fully furnished with a 160cm wide bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a couch and two more small closets and is therefore very well equipped. In addition to the two other shared rooms, the apartment also has a kitchen with a small dining area with direct access to the balcony. Of course, there is also a bathroom with washing machine and a toilet. Also to store things the apartment offers enough space because in the apartment itself is a small storage room inside and there is still a basement compartment available.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr Zentral und sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Von der Wohnung aus kann eigentlich alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die SOWI sowie das MCI liegen zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Zum Bahnhof braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und in die Stadt ungefähr 7-10 Minuten. Falls man aber nicht so gerne zu Fuß geht, stehen auch eine Vielzahl von öffentlichen Verbindungen fast direkt vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

The location of the apartment is very central and it is located in a quiet side street. From the apartment everything can be reached on foot. The SOWI and the MCI are about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station and about 7-10 minutes to the city. However, if you don't like walking, there are also a variety of public connections available almost directly in front of the apartment.
Die WG wurde 2021 neu gegründet und besteht aus der Hauptmieterin Julia (21 Jahre - deutsch und englischsprachig) und Matty (24 Jahre - englischsprachig) und mir (20 Jahre).
Im WG Leben ist es für uns sehr wichtig, dass alles passt und sich jeder wohl fühlt.
Außerdem sind wir eine sehr sportliche WG, gehen alle gerne Snowboarden/Skifahren, joggen, wandern und viele weitere Dinge.

The WG was newly founded in 2021 and consists of the main tenant Julia (21 years - German and English speaking) and Matty (23 years - English speaking) and me (20 years).
In WG life, it is very important for us that everything fits and everyone feels comfortable.
In addition, we are a very sporty WG, all like to go snowboarding / skiing, jogging, hiking and many other things.
Ich studiere am MCI Management und Recht und werde mein 5.Semester in Hawaii verbringen und suche daher für den Zeitraum von 01.07.2023 bis 31.01.2024 einen Untermieter/in.
PS: Die persönlichen Sachen, welche man auf den Fotos noch sieht (z.B. die Jacken und Taschen) kommen natürlich noch raus!

I am studying Management and Law at the MCI and will spend my 5th semester in Hawaii and therefore I am looking for a subtenant for the period from the first of July 2023 until the 31st of January 2024.
PS: The personal things, which you can still see on the photos (eg the jackets and bags, ...) come out of course!
