Hallo,
ich werde nach Italien zurückfahren, deswegen ist mein Zimmer ab 1. September frei.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und die Vermieterin Renate ist sehr hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung sind noch 2 Frauen. Eine arbeitet und studiert, die andere ist Forscherin, aber sie bleibt bis Ende Juli in der Wohnung. Beide sind sehr nett. Wir treffen uns meistens abends in der Küche.
Die Lage der WG ist super: Nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Haltestelle Fürstenweg. Supermarkt Spar liegt in der Nähe, man erreicht das Einkaufszentrum West in 5 Minuten mit der SBahn. Zu Fuß ist das Stadtzentrum 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Heizkosten sind im Preis enthalten. Strom und Internet sind extra. Internet kostet 11 Euro pro Monat.

Hi,
I will come back to Italy, that's why my room will be from 1st September available.
The room is comfortable and the owner of the flat Renate is really helpful. In the flat there are 2 girls. A girl works and studies, the other is researcher, but she will be in the flat till the end of July. Both are really nice. We meet mostly in the evening in the kitchen.
The position of the flat is wonderful: it takes only 4 minutes on foot to reach the bus stop Fürstenweg. The supermaket Spar is nearby, you can reach the mall West with the suburban train in 5 minutes. The flat is 10 minutes on foot from the city center.
The price includes heating costs. Electricity and Internet are extra. Internet costs 11 Euro a month.
