Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist 18qm2 groß und hat ein Fenster in Richtung Westen mit Blick auf den grünen Innenhof. Dadurch kommt bis zum Abend viel natürliches Licht hinein. Generell ist das Zimmer sehr hell und auch geräumiger als man meinen mag.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau, wurde aber vor einem Jahr saniert, deshalb hat sie sehr hohe Decken, ist aber trotzdem auf einem sehr neuen Stand. Bad und Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Von der Küche aus kommt man auf eine schöne Loggia mit Blick auf die Berge.

The room is 18 square meters in size and has a west-facing window with a view of the green courtyard. This allows plenty of natural light to come in until evening. Overall, the room is very bright and more spacious than one might think. The apartment is in an old building but was renovated a year ago, so it has high ceilings and is still in a very new condition. The bathroom and toilet are separate. From the kitchen, you can access a beautiful loggia with a view of the mountains.

Zur Lage:
Die WG liegt im Herzen Innsbrucks und somit sind alle wichtigen Orte schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Man braucht ca 5 min zu Fuß zur Hauptuni und 7min in die Innenstadt. Zum Einkaufen bietet sich der Spar bei der Klinik (hat auch an Sonntagen und Feiertagen geöffnet), bei der Uni und beim Westbahnhof an und ein Billa und MPreis sind auch in der Nähe. Wenn man mal längere Strecken zurücklegen will sind mehrere Bus/Tram-Haltestellen, sowie der Haupt- und Westbahnhof, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch eine 'nextbike' Stadtrad-Station ist gleich um die Ecke, welche die Mobilität in der Stadt nochmals um einiges erhöht. (Studierende fahren sogar 30min gratis pro Tag ;))

The shared apartment is located in the heart of Innsbruck, making all important places easily and quickly accessible. It takes about a 5-minute walk to reach the main university and 7 minutes to get to the city center. For grocery shopping, there's a Spar near the clinic (which is open on Sundays and holidays), one near the university, and another near the Westbahnhof. Additionally, there's a Billa and an MPreis nearby. If you need to travel longer distances, several bus/tram stops, as well as the main train station and the Westbahnhof, are just a few minutes away on foot. There's also a 'nextbike' city bike station just around the corner, which further enhances mobility in the city. (Students even get 30 minutes of free rides per day ;))

Johannes (23): Ich studiere Lehramt Englisch und Geschichte im sechsten Semester und arbeite nebenbei bei der Non Profit Organisation innovia. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draußen und genieße das Stadtleben. Am Wochenende bin ich meistens in den Bögen zu finden :)
Dani (20): Ich studiere Soziologie im zweiten Semester. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich viel Skifahren und auch skaten. Ich bin eine offene und unkomplizierte Person und würde mich freuen wenn du auch Interesse an einem guten Zusammenleben hast und auch hin und wieder zusammenhocken willst.
Unser Zusammenleben ist ganz unkompliziert und entspannt. Geredet wird oft am Abend während dem Kochen oder beim Sonnentanken auf der Loggia.

Johannes and Dani are both well versed english speakers which makes them the perfect roommates for international applicants.
Johannes (23): I'm studying English and History for my teaching degree, currently in my sixth semester, and I also work part-time at the non-profit organization innovia. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and embracing city life. You'll usually find me in the Bögen on weekends :)
Dani (20): I'm studying Sociology in my second semester. I spend a lot of my free time skiing and skateboarding. I'm an open and uncomplicated person, and I would be happy if you also have an interest in a good coexistence and occasionally hanging out together.
Our living situation is very uncomplicated and relaxed. We often chat in the evening while cooking or while sunbathing on the loggia.
