Hi zusammen!
Ich würde gerne im Sommer an den Atlantik düsen und am Berg arbeiten und in der Zeit mein Zimmer Zwischenvermieten. Im angegeben Preis ist alles inbegriffen. Ich mag das zimmer vor allem wegen dem Balkon der im Sommer erst so richtig aufblüht extrem gerne.
Das Zimmer wirkt wegen der hohen decken für seine 18qm extrem gross.
Da es sich um den einzigen Balkon-Zugang handelt, kann es passieren dass ab und zu mal sanft an deiner tür geklopft wird und Passage zum Balkon erbeten wird. Oft wird der wegzoll aber mit kaffee aus unserer Siebträger-Maschine bezahlt!
Wenns wäre is auch ne Untermiete nur für nen Monat möglich. Bin froh wenn das zimmer nicht die ganze Zeit leer steht und wer meine Pflänzchen gießt 🌱

Hi all!
I would like to jet in the summer to the Atlantic and work on the mountain and in the time my room Zwischenvermieten. Everything is included in the price. I like the room especially because of the balcony which blossoms in summer extremely well.
The room seemsextremely large for its 18sqm because of the high ceilings.
Since it is the only balcony access, it can happen that now and then gently knock on your door and passage to the balcony is requested. Often, however, the toll is paid with coffee from our portafilter machine!
If it were is also ne subletting only for a month possible. I'm glad if the room is not empty all the time and who watered my little plants 🌱
