Das Pema 2 ist ein neues Gebäude, das modernste Baustandards und hochwertige Ausstattung bietet. Die Wohnung verfügt über großzügig geschnittene Räume. Die zahlreichen und großen Fenster sorgen für eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre und bieten einen weiten Blick auf Innsbruck.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, was den Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und die Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Stadtteile von Innsbruck sehr bequem macht. Die direkte Nähe zu Einkaufszentrum mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Supermärkten macht diese Lage äußerst attraktiv und praktisch.
Helloo. Ich heiße Serafina, bin 19 Jahre alt und lebe zurzeit in München. Im Oktober werde ich mein Bachelor Studium an der Leopold-Franzens-Universität starten. Ich bin Nicht-Raucherin, habe Erfahrung mit Wohngemeinschaften und mag es sauber. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne mit Freunden, spiele Tennis oder Volleyball und gehe im Winter oft Skifahren.
Ich suche 2 WG Mitbewohnerinnen, die auch in Innsbruck studieren. Für mich ist Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Offenheit, eine gute Atmosphäre, ein harmonisches Miteinander und Ehrlichkeit wichtig.
