da ich mein Zimmer in Innsbruck verlasse, wird ab 01.02. in unserer herrlichen WG ein Zimmer frei. :)
Kurz zu den Hardfacts:
-10 m2
-460€ warm
-5er WG mit großer Küche, einer Loggia und einem Mini-Balkon, 4.Stock mit Aufzug
-Zentrale Lage (Höttinger Au, 5 min mitm Radl zum Marltplatz)
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, hat jedoch durch die Einbauschränke eine große Staukapazität und man bekommt mit Leichtigkeit alles unter und kann es sich gemütlich machen. Die Wohnung ist auch neu renoviert und daher top in Form. Zusammenleben würdest du mit Mika, Malene, Jakob und Toni (wobei Jakob wahrscheinlich auch in diesem Frühjahr ausziehen wird). Wir sind alle zwischen 22-26 Jahre alt, studieren und sind oft auf Achse. Entweder ruft die Uni oder andere Freizeitaktivitäten bei welchen du immer herzlich willkommen bist. 🏀⛷🧘🏼♀️🏊🏻♂️🚵🏻♀️🤾🏻♀️🏓

Dear room seekers,
as I am leaving my room in Innsbruck, a room will become available in our wonderful shared flat as of 01.02. :)
Briefly to the hard facts:
-10 m2
-460€ warm
-5 flat share with a big kitchen, a loggia and a mini-balcony, 4th floor with lift
-Central location (Höttinger Au, 5 min by bike to Marltplatz).
The room is small, but has a lot of storage space thanks to the built-in cupboards and you can easily fit everything in and make yourself comfortable. You would live with Mika, Malene, Jakob and Toni (although Jakob will probably move out this spring). We are all between 22-26 years old, study and are often on the road. Either for university or other leisure activities where you are always welcome. 🏀⛷🧘🏼🏊🏻🚵🏻🤾🏻🏓
