Da ich im Sommersemester verreisen werde, würde ich gerne mein ca. 16m2 großes Zimmer in Hötting zur Zwischenmiete vermieten. Die Miete beträgt monatlich 416€.
Das Zimmer hat einen extra Balkon, mit Ausblick auf die Nordkette & den Innenhof. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat besonders morgens & am Abend einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Berge :-)
As I will be traveling in the summer semester, I would like to rent out my 16m2 room in Hötting as a sublet. The rent would be 416€ a month. The room has an extra balcony with a view of the Nordkette & the inner courtyard. It is very quiet and you have an incredible view of the mountains, especially in the morning & evening :-)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der USI und des Flughafens. Mit den Bussen R/F oder dem Fahrrad kommt man innerhalb von 10-15min zur Uni oder in die Stadt. In der Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Supermärkte, Drogerien, Einkaufszentren und Sportanlagen. Ebenfalls ist man innerhalb von 2min am Inn und kann im Frühling die Sonne dort genießen!
The apartment is located near the USI and the airport. You can get to the university or the city within 10-15 minutes by bus (R or F) or bicycle. There are various supermarkets, drugstores, shopping centers and sports facilities nearby. You are also within 2 minutes of the Inn and can enjoy the sun there in spring!
Du würdest dir die Wohnung in diesen 4 Monaten mit Sophie (26) und David (30) teilen. Beide befinden sich eher am Ende ihres Studiums & arbeiten auch nebenbei - unsere WG ist also eher keine Party-WG mehr :-) Beide sind sehr lieb & freundlich und freuen sich immer auf einen Kaffee auf unserem Sonnenbalkon 🌞
You would share the apartment with Sophie (26) and David (30) for these 4 months. Both are at the end of their studies & also work part-time - so our flat share is no longer a party flat share :-) Both are incredibly nice & outgoing and always look forward to a coffee on our sunny balcony 🌞
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, eine Waschmaschine, Besucherparkplätze und alles, was man sonst für ne gute Zeit in Innsbruck braucht! :-)
The apartment has 2 balconies, a washing machine, visitor parking and everything else you need for a good time in Innsbruck! :-)
