Hallo Zusammen,
in unserer 3er WG suchen wir eine Zwischenmieter*In für mein Zimmer (18qm) von 14. Juni (auf Wunsch auch 1-2 Wochen später) bis spätestens 31. Juli.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbeliert mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Monitor, großes Regal und hat einen Zugang zu unserem tollen Garten aka Grüne Hölle ;)
Die Wohnung liegt in Pradl, von hier sind es ca. 15min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt. Für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete kannst du gerne mein Fahrrad aussleihen.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Doville 27 (berufstätig) und Lena 27 (studiert Atmosphärenwissenschaften).
Die Miete beträgt 400€ / Monat (all inclusive).

Hello everyone, We are looking for a subtenant for my room (18sqm) in our 3-person shared flat from June 14th (1-2 weeks later if desired) to July 31st at the latest. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, monitor, large shelf and has access to our great garden aka Green Hell ;) The apartment is in Pradl, from here it is about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the city center. You are welcome to borrow my bike for the time of the interim rental. Your roommates are Doville 27 (employed) and Lena 27 (studying atmospheric sciences). The rent is 400€/month (all inclusive). If you are interested in the room, we look forward to hearing from you with a few words about yourself :)
