Its a fully furnished room, with a bed, cupboards, table and chair.
the room is facing west to Pradlerstr. A small street with little traffic. The light and the windows are very nice and even in the winter time the sunlight gives the room a quite warm chill.
Its a 3 year contract. But it can be quittet with a notice period of three months. Nevertheless it was always possible to arrange it earlier when needed.
Pradl is a chilly area in Innsbruck. Workers, students, famillies quite mixed. With a big park next door for leisure time. Its close to the city center and some faculties from the university. But as Innsbruck is so small itself you even reach the other end of the city in 20 min by bike or public transport.
There are four guys living in the flat. You will be the 5th person. They come from all over the world and speak different languages like Arabic, French, Bangali, English and German. All of them are working or studying. so quite busy sometimes, but if they find the time, they cook together or go out. Which is of course not obligatory.
There are not many rules or processes that the flatmates are consequent with. Mostly everybody is doing as they feel like. Sooo freeedom, which is cool :) Nobody to stand in front of your door and complain.... but of course there is also responsibility. E.g. for cleaning and taking care of your own stuff. It can be a struggle and talking things out, seems the best solution.
I think as a woman its probably not so easy to live together with four guys :S All of them are respectfull and show awareness. But the past has shown, that 4 selfconfident guys can be annoying for some women.
Nevertheless all of the guys are very helpful, kind and always up for a bad joke and some good lauhter.
