Du planst die besten Wandermonate im Jahr in Innsbruck zu verbringen? Dann schau dir des Mal an: Ich vermiete mein 18qm großes Zimmer in zentraler, ruhiger Lage von Mitte Juni bis Ende Juli. 2 min von Sillpark entfernt, die Bäckerei- Kulturbackstube befindet sich gleich ums Eck, Rapoldipark nur ein Zebrastreifenübergang entfernt. Du würdest die Wohnung mit Kili (Quantenphysiker im PhD) und Alma (angehende Psychotherapeutin) teilen, wobei auch sie im Sommer mal ausreisen werden. Fixe Mitbewohnerin für die Zeit ist Mia, eine superkuschelige und flauschige Katze. Während meiner Abwesenheit ist es mir sehr sehr wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der bereits Erfahrung mit Katzen hat, sprich füttert, regelmäßig das Katzenklo reinigt und vor allem Freude an einer flauschigen anwesenheit in der Wohnung hat. Sie ist unkompliziert und lustig, und macht halt so typische Katzensachen. Das Zimmer würde ich in den Monaten so leer wie möglich übergeben, sodass du dich auch gemütlich ausbreiten kannst. Und falls du mal auf eine etwas andere Kletterei Lust hast, kannst du dich mal gern auf die Poledance Stange schwingen 😊 Nun:
-Miete für die gesamte Zeit: 600 all inclusive

Planning to spend the best hiking months of the year in Innsbruck? Then take a look at this: I rent my 18sqm room in central, quiet location from mid-June to end of July. 2 min from Sillpark away, the culture-bakery is just around the corner, Rapoldipark just a crosswalk away. You would share the apartment with Kili (PhD Quantum physicist) and Alma (aspiring psychotherapist) although they will also travel out for a while in the summer. Fix roommate for the time is Mia, a super cuddly and fluffy cat. During my absence it is very important to me to find someone who already has experience with cats, i.e. feeds, cleans litter box regularly and above all enjoys to have a fluffy mate in the apartment. She is uncomplicated and funny, and does just so typical cat things. I would leave the room as empty as possible during the months, so that you can spread out comfortably. And if you ever feel like a little different climbing, you can enjoy swinging on the pole 😊 Well:
