über den Sommer ist bei uns ein Zimmer frei:
Schönes Zimmer, Fenster richtung Westen. Sonne ab 14h, was im Sommer Perfekt ist. Sonnen untergang is auch mit drin.
Aussicht Nordkette und Messe. Schöne Ruhige gegend, aber gleichzeitig alles in Greifbarer nähe.In der nähe der Uni (SoWi).

Direkte Best of Pro`s:
-Löwenhaus Bahn unter 10 min Fußweg direkt zur Seegrube;
-Kürzester Heimweg von denClubs (Bögen);
-Mpreis, Spar und eine Tankstelle (Für Late/Hangover Shopping am Sonntag oder Fr/Sa nach 19h);
- Innenstadt 10 min zu Fuß;
-Öffis : 1 min Bus und S-Bahn (Haltestelle:Bundesbahndirektion)
-Kaffee "Naive", Vegetarisch Brunch/Breakfast;
- Pizzeria "A Casa"
WG-Leben
Quer gemischt, alle Sportlich Kultur und Musik Begeistert. Paul (26) + Zoe (23) Teilen sich ein Zimmer. Jonas (22) Student und ich, Valentin (28), auch Student. 5ter Mitbewohner wird noch gesucht Paralel, für unbefristete Miete (kannst ja reinschauen wenn es dich Interessiert ;)
