Schönes helles Zimmer in Altbauwohnung in Toplage

Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer in einer tollen WG.
Es ist teilmöbliert und ich würde die Möbel in der Zeit im Zimmer lassen. Es gibt ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal.

Zu deinen coolen Roomies:

Adrian (29) macht derzeit seinen phd, Michelle (26) arbeitet bei Burton und in einer Bar in Innsbruck. Louis (24) studiert im Master Information Systems und arbeitet parallel als Werkstudent. Auch wenn jede:r bei vollem Programm immer gut eingespannt ist, trifft man sich in der Küche zum Kochen oder Quatschen. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, keiner ist zu irgendwas verpflichtet, außer zum Putzen nach Plan :b Da Michelle aus Irland kommt, wird sich meistens auf Englisch ausgetauscht :-)

Es ist nicht sehr überraschend, dass auch in dieser WG einiges an Sport gemacht wird. Adrian findet man oft beim Laufen, Klettern Skifahren/-touren während Michelle nicht nur Letzteres ausübt sondern auch noch Snowboarden geht. Gleiches gilt für Louis, den man auch oft im Fitti trifft.

Du bist bist mit diesem Zimmer und dessen Lage in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß im KI, 2 Minuten bei der Linie 1, in 10-15 Minuten am Fuße der Nordkette. Ein mpreis liegt 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß von hier. Einige Bäckereien sind auch in 2-6 Minuten erreichbar. In der Stadt bist du in 10-15 Gehminuten (oder eben mit den Öffis oder Radl) Was will man mehr?

I am renting out my beautiful room in a great shared flat.
It is partly furnished and I would leave the furniture in the room for the time being. There is a bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelves.

About your cool roomies:

Adrian (29) is currently doing his phd, Michelle (26) works at Burton and in a bar in Innsbruck. Louis (24) is studying for a Master's degree in Information Systems and is also working as a student trainee. Even though everyone is always busy with a full program, they meet in the kitchen to cook or chat. Life in the shared flat is relaxed, nobody is obliged to do anything except clean according to plan :b As Michelle comes from Ireland, we mostly communicate in English :-)

It's not very surprising that people in this flat share also do a lot of sport. Adrian is often be found running, climbing, skiing/touring while Michelle not only does the latter, also goes snowboarding. The same applies for Louis, who can also be found in the gym.

With this room and its location, you're less than a 10-minute walk from the KI, 2 minutes from line 1 and 10-15 minutes from the foot of the Nordkette. A mpreis is a 5-7 minute walk from here. Some bakeries can also be reached in 2-6 minutes. You can be in the city in 10-15 minutes on foot (or by public transport or bike) What more could you want?
