mein Studienleben neigt sich leider dem Ende zu und somit wird mein Zimmer im zentral gelegenen, aber doch sehr ruhigen Stadtteil Sankt-Nikolaus in Innsbruck, frei.
Das rund 13,2 m² große Zimmer ist Teil einer 4er WG (ca. 115m²), das neben zwei separaten Badezimmern über einen großen Wohn-Essbereich verfügt, in dem wir gerne gemeinsam kochen, etwas trinken oder einfach einen Film ansehen. Mein persönliches Highlight ist aber der Wohnungseigene Innenhof (ca. 80m²), mit dem es sich auch in den heißen Sommermonaten gut aushalten lässt.
In der WG leben Student:Innen im Alter von Anfang/Mitte 20 die alle sehr gesellig sind, aber trotz dessen viel Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen, sodass sich alle wohlfühlen können.
Die Miete beläuft sich inklusive Betriebskosten auf 592,36€ ohne Stromkosten.
Die Miete inkludiert ebenfalls eine Teilmöblierung mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schubladenschrank unter dem Schreibtisch. Die Möbelstücke sind alle in sehr gutem Zustand.

Dear flat share seekers,
My student life is unfortunately coming to an end and so my room in the centrally located but very quiet Sankt-Nikolaus district of Innsbruck is becoming available.
The room, which is around 13.2 m² in size, is part of a 4-person shared flat (approx. 115m²) that has two separate bathrooms and a large living/dining area where we like to cook together, have a drink or simply watch a film. My personal highlight, however, is the flat's own courtyard (approx. 80m²), which is a great place to spend time even in the hot summer months.
There are students in their early/mid-20s living in the shared flat who are all very sociable, but still show a lot of consideration for each other so that everyone can feel comfortable.
The rent is € 592,36 including operating costs and excluding electricity costs.
The rent also includes partial furnishing with a bed, desk and drawer unit under the desk. The furniture is all in very good condition.
