Das Zimmer ist ca 15 m2 groß mit einem großen Fenster in den ruhigen Innenhof. Die gesamte Wohnung hat hohe Decken und um den Platz gut zu nutzen habe ich ein Hochbett mit viel Stauraum gebaut, welches ich gerne weitergebe.
The room is about 14 m2 with a large window overlooking the quiet courtyard. The whole flat has high ceilings and to make good use of the space I have built a loft bed with lots of storage space, which I am happy to give away
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Franz-Fischer-Straße mitten in Wilten nahe Westfriedhof und Klinik. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Hofer, Spar) sind in 5-10 Fußminuten erreichbar. Der Spar ist auch am Sonntag geöffnet.
The flat is located in Franz-Fischer-Straße in the middle of Wilten, close to the Westfriedhof and the clinic. The location is very quiet and pleasant and various grocery shops (MPreis, Hofer, Spar) are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Spar is also open on Sundays.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Thomas (32) und Lisa (26), beide Nichtraucher und seit ein paar Jahren zusammen. Beim Zusammenleben sind wir recht unkompliziert und kochen bzw. unternehmen auch gerne was zusammen, aber es steht natürlich auch jedem frei, seine eigenen Aktivitäten und Interessen zu verfolgen. Wir legen Wert auf ein respektvolles Zusammenwohnen und bemühen uns die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sauber zu halten. Für Raucher gibt es im Innenhof einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Da wir beide bereits am Ende des Studiums sind und/oder bereits arbeiten suchen wir bevorzugt jemandem in einer ähnlichen Lebenssituation. Wenn das nach einem guten Platz für dich klingt, schreib uns gerne etwas über dich, deine Vorstellung von WG Leben, WG Erfahrung und was du gerne machst. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören.
Your new roommates are Thomas (32) and Lisa (26), both non-smokers and have been together for a few years. We are quite uncomplicated when it comes to living together and enjoy cooking and doing things together, but of course everyone is free to pursue their own activities and interests. We value respectful living together and try to keep the common areas clean. For smokers, there is a small garden with seating in the courtyard. As we are both already at the end of our studies and/or already working, we prefer to look for someone in a similar living situation. Die Miete ist inklusive Betriebskosten, jeder Mieter hat zusätzlich zum Hauptmietvertrag einen eigenen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter. Für das Internet fallen zusätlich ca. 12 € pro Monat an und jährlich kommen 100€ für Instandhaltung/Ausmalen etc hinzu.
Tiere sind leider bei uns nicht erlaubt
The rent includes running costs, each tenant has a separate contract with the landlord in addition to the main rental contract. There is an additional charge of approx. 12 € per month for the internet and there is 100€/year for repairs etc.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed
