da ich auf Reisen bin, ist mein Zimmer den August über frei (nach Absprache auch gerne früher).
Das Zimmer hat 17qm und ist Teil einer zentral gelegenen 5er WG. Ausgestattet mit allem was du brauchst. Meine PlayStation kannst du auch gerne benutzen :)
Der Hauptbahnhof ist in einer Minute schnell erreicht, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da der Großteil der Wohnung zum Innenhof gerichtet ist.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, einen großen Flur und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Küche und Balkon sind Richtung Süden ausgerichtet.
Deine Mitbewohnerin*innen sind Markus (28), Linn (24), Chris (28) und der flauschige Vierbeiner Theo. Alle vier sind super liebe Mäuschen, die gerne draußen unterwegs sind. Sonst sitzen wir gerne in einer chilligen Runde zusammen auf dem Balkon.
Das Zimmer kostet 470€/Monat all inclusive.
Wir mögen es sauber und entspannt.

Since I'm traveling, my room is available in August (earlier by prior arrangement).
The room has 17sqm and is part of a centrally located 5-person shared flat. Equipped with everything you need. You can also use my PlayStation :)
The main train station can be reached quickly in a minute, but it is still very quiet because most of the apartment faces the inner courtyard.
The apartment has two bathrooms, a large hallway and a cozy balcony. The kitchen and balcony face south.
Your roommates are Markus (28), Linn (24), Chris (28) and the fluffy four-legged friend Theo. All four are super sweet and like to be outside. Otherwise we like to chill out together on the balcony.
The room costs 470€/month all inclusive.
We like it clean and relaxed.
