Da ich im August und September wegen einem Praktikum nicht in Innsbruck bin, wird in dem Zeitraum mein Altbau-Zimmer im studentischen Stadtteil Wilten frei. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht: Küche mit Balkon (mit Bergpanorama), ein großes Ess- und Wohnzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell, weil nach Süden ausgerichtet. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung im Sommer (vor allem im Vergleich zu draußen) schön kühl. Bus und Bim sind schnell erreicht, mit dem Radl kommt man eh überall gut hin, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Innpromenade, Klinik, Uni und Westbahnhof sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Hier wohnen außerdem noch Noemi und Vicky, wobei letztere über den Sommer viel unterwegs sein wird. Das Miteinander ist locker und herzlich!

Hello!
Due to my internship, i'll not be here during August and September this year. So my room in our shared flat in Wilten is free to rent! Everything that is needed is already here: we have a kitchen with balcony (with a great view), a big dining/ living room and a bathroom with a washer and also a bathtub. The free room is big and bright, directed southwards. Nevertheless it's cool in the flat during the summer months (especially in comparison to outside). Bus and the tram are easy to catch from here. Shopping facilities, the river Inn, clinic, university and the Westbahnhof are also close by. The two flatmates are Noemi and Vicky, who are easy-going and adorable. But the latter will be gone most of the time as well.
