Fenster und Balkon zeigen in einen großen Garten/Hof – das heißt es ist ruhig und du hast eine grüne allermeist sonnige Aussicht Richtung Süden :) Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind komplett möbiliert.
Wir haben eine gemeinschaftliche, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und (Schlaf)-Couch, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine und Fenster, ein extra Gäste- WC und einen verglasten Süd- Balkon/Wintergarten, der zum schönen ruhigen Innenhof gerichtet ist, ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradabstellraum.

Dear future-Roomies :) A beautyful, bright room (approx. 20sqm) with a sunny balcony awaits you in the months of July and August for temporary rent. Windows and balcony face a large garden - which means it's quiet and you have a green, mostly sunny view to the south :) The room and the apartment are fully furnished.
We have a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a seating area and (sleeping-) couch, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and window, an extra guest-WC and a south-facing balcony that leads to the beautiful, quiet inner yard with garden, a cellar compartment and a bicycle storage room.
Die Wohnung ist in Wilten. Westbahnhof und sämtliche Bus und Tramhaltestellen befinden sich in einem Umkreis von max. 5 min Gehzeit. Gleiches gilt für Ski- und Flixbus.

Zur Uni und ins Zentrum und an den Inn ist man in 5min mit dem Radl gefahren. Zur Sowi in ca 8 min:)

The apartment is located in Wilten. Westbahnhof and all bus (also Flixbus) and tram stops are within a radius of max. 5 minutes walking time. - and of course also supermarkets. It takes you about 5 min. by bike to the city -center and university. SOWI and MCI is a 8- min- ride;)
Meine Lieblingsmitbewohnerin ist die Kathleen! Eine liebenswerte starke Dame, Meisterin des Wildwassers mit mittlerweile 3 Kajaks ;) Wir sind Anfang 30, arbeiten bereits. Kathleen arbeitet in der IT-Beratung – und verbringt am liebsten jede freie Minute im Wasser und in den Bergen oder auch in der Basefive beim funktionellen Training. Sie hat daher oft Muskelkater und ist sehr friedlich :)
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, wir freuen uns - wenn es sich ausgeht - miteinander zu kochen/ zu essen, zu quatschen oder zu sporteln. Ebenso ist es aber auch gar kein Thema, wenn wir unser jeweiliges Ding machen.

My favorite roommate is Kathleen! An amazing strong lady, champion of whitewater with 3 kayaks now ;) We are in our early 30s, already working. Kathleen works in IT consulting - and likes to spend every free minute in water and the mountains or at a local fitness area, called the “base five” doing functional training. She often has sore muscles and is very peaceful :)
Flat- everydaylife is relaxed, we like to cook, eat, chat or play sports together if time matches. But it's also not an issue at all when we're just busy with personal life ;)
