Hallo, da mein Mitbewohner Anfang Januar auszieht, ist sein Zimmer mit 14,5m² frei!
Raumaufteilung:
Bestehend aus Vorraum, Bad/WC, Abstellraum, 2 Zimmern und Wohnküche, im Ausmaß von ca. 62 m², sowie einem Kellerabteil unter der Treppe im 3. Stock und der Mitbenutzung des Dachterrassenanteils des oberen W13.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit Straßenbahn- und Busanbindung – auch mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Über mich als Person: Ich komme aus England und arbeite hauptberuflich in Innsbruck. Ich spreche Deutsch und Englisch und bin ein unkomplizierter und geselliger Mitbewohner, daher würde ich auch gerne einen Mitbewohner (oder ein Paar!) finden, mit dem ich ab und zu etwas unternehmen kann.

Hello, my roommate is moving out at the beginning of January, so his 14,5m² room is open for a new person!
Room layout:
Entry hall, bathroom / WC, storage room, 2 rooms, living room and a kitchen, as well as a basement compartment under the stairs on the 3rd floor, lastly a section of the roof terrace with a beautiful view of Innsbruck.
The apartment is very centrally located with a streetcar and bus connections – you can also reach everything very quickly by bike or by foot. (University and Hospital are a 10 min walk away).
About me as a person: My name is Harry, Im from England and work full-time in Innsbruck. I speak German and English and I am an uncomplicated and sociable flatmate, so I would also like to find a flatmate (or a couple!) that I can do something with from time to time.If that means a beer together or a hike Im pretty open for anything.
Zentral gelegen in der Stadt Innsbruck, fünf Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Alles ist zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, verschiedene Supermärkte sind innerhalb von zwei bis fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
