Du willst den Februar in den Bergen verbringen in einer der schönsten Wgs in Innsbruck mit super Mitbewohnerinnen? Dann bist du hier genau richtig! Ich verlasse Innsbruck für Februar und somit würde sich mein Zimmer über eine neue Bewohnerin oder einen neuen Bewohner sehr freuen. (Die Pflanzen auch :-))
Wir wohnen in einem Haus, das Erdgeschoss steht leer und wir haben Keller, einen kleinen Garten, den ersten Stock und einen Dachboden mit Kletterwand, Töpferscheibe und gemütlicher Leseecke für uns alleine. Die Wg besteht aus 5 Studentinnen.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, einen Schreibtisch, Schrank und Staumöglichkeiten unter dem Bett. Ich würde die Möbel im Zimmer lassen, das bedeutet du kannst direkt einziehen und dich wohl fühlen.

I would like to sub rent my room in February. Maybe you are interested in staying in a super cool and cozy flat/house with wonderful flat mates for 3 weeks and enjoy the winter in Innsbruck.
You have your own room, a shared kitchen and bathroom and a little garden.

Das Haus befindet sich 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und der Rapoldipark ist auch um die Ecke. In der Natur und am Berg bist du auch in ein paar Minuten mit dem Rad und der Baggersee ist für den Sommer auch nicht weit weg. Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Kletterhalle ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

The flat is close to the city center and the train station is also within walking distance (10 min.) we have a supermarket and the Rapoldiparc is around the corner. You can take the bus/tram to the city/nature or bike/walk everywhere.
Das Wg-Leben ist meist sehr lebhaft, es passiert immer etwas wo man sich anschließen kann, gemütliche Kochabende oder Grillabende im Garten sind keine Rarität aber wenn du lieber alleine Zeit verbringst ist das natürlich auch absolut in Ordnung und wird von allen respektiert. Gerne verbringen wir die Abende bei der Boulderwand am Dachboden oder basteln/töpfern gemeinsam oder trinken ein, zwei drinks mit FreundInnen.
Es ist noch unsicher wer von uns 5 den Sommer in Innsbruck verbringen wird, aber du wirst sicher nicht alleine sein :-)

If you are interested in spending some time with people you can just go to the kitchen, most of the time someone is there. If you want some "me-time" you can use the little garden or just the room which has around 25 square meters and is very cozy.
Ich werde die Möbel im Zimmer lassen und du kannst gerne alles benutzen, aber du wirst auch genügend Platz für dein eigenes Zeug haben. Die Wohnung hat ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Küche und der Dachboden/Flur bietet etwas extra Stauraum.

I will be gone for more or less three months, that means I will probably leave the furniture in the room and you have a bed, a wardrobe, chairs and a table in the room. You will have enough space for your stuff so you can also enjoy your room and feel at home. We have a shared kitchen and bathroom and have a cleaning schedule.
