Die Zimmer sind ca. gleich groß. Eines hat Balkonzugang und ist daher etwas teurer (461 all incl., das ohne Balkon 456€ all incl.)
Beide Zimmer sind hell und gemütlich.
Die zwei Balkone liegen so, dass man morgens sowie am Nachmittag wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann.
Die Bilder sind etwas älter, sind gerade alle im Urlaub deswegen Folgen Bilder von der Küche sowie den Zimmern noch. Wir freuen uns allerdings auch, wenn ihr vorbeischaut und euch selbst ein Bild macht.
Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sowie Keller sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Ampfererstrasse, man ist in 5. min mit dem Rad in der Stadt, Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke und die Anbindung sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig, man ist direkt am Inn und mehrere Supermärkte sowie das Ekz West sind auch in der Nähe.
Zusammenwohnen würdet ihr mit Moritz (24) und Fynn (23). Sie studieren beide Architektur, sind unternehmenslustig und gerne sportlich unterwegs. Gerne wird zusammen gekocht, ein Film geschaut oder Sachen unternommen, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht ist dies allerdings auch absolut kein Problem.
