Ich ziehe aus und vermiete deshalb mein Zimmer. Es ist ein ziemlich heller und ruhiger Raum.
Der vorhandene Balkon(ca. 5m^2), ist besonders im Sommer ,der perfekte Ort, um ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach die Sonne zu genießen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, 2 Kleiderschränke und einen Kühlschrank (besonders praktisch).Das Sofa und das Bett können gekauft werden. Das Badezimmer wird mit einer anderen Person geteilt und verfügt über eine eigene Waschmaschine sowie einen Abstellraum.

I'm moving and therefore renting out my room. It's a pretty bright and quiet space.
The balcony ( about 5 m^2) is the perfect place to read a book or simply enjoy the sun, especially in summer. The room has a desk, 2 wardrobes and a refrigerator (particularly practical). The sofa and bed are available for purchase. The bathroom is shared with another person and has its own washing machine and storage room.
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral , die Hauptuniversität ist nur fünf Gehminuten und die Stadt nur 10 entfernt. Direkt davor gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn man an Technik studiert.
Unterhalb des Hauses gibt es ein Restaurant mit tollen Burgers und einem kleinen Spar.

The location is pretty central, the main university is just a five minute walk and the city just 10 away. There is a bus stop right in front of it, which is especially convenient if you are studying technology.
Below the house there is a restaurant with great burgers and a small Spar.
Obwohl viele Menschen hier leben, ist die Situation sehr chill. Die meisten von ihnen sind Studenten und sehr freundlich. Im Wohnzimmer können alle gemütlich zusammensitzen und ein Bier genießen, einen Film schauen oder etwas spielen (PS4 oder Brettspiel).

Although many people live here, the situation is very chill. Most of them are students and very friendly. In the living room everyone can sit comfortably together and enjoy a beer, watch a film or play something (PS4 or board game).
