Die Unis sind in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert inkl. neuer Küche und neuen Bädern! Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und tolerant was Musik und Parties anbelangt :)
Ich persönlich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und ziehe nur aus, weil ich für 8 Monate ins Ausland gehe! Für Fragen stehe ich euch gerne zur Verfügung! Bilder, einen Grundriss und sonstige Infos zur Wohnung könnt Ihr unter ----/------- oder erfragen!
