meine Mitbewohnerin zieht zum 01. Februar aus und ich zum 01. März. Deshalb suche ich zwei Nachmieter für die beiden Zimmer.
Beide Zimmer sind 19 qm groß und unmöbliert. Es handelt sich um eine schöne 4 Zimmer Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand. Da maximal drei Personen in der Wohnung wohnen sollen steht auch ein großes Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung.
Die verbleibende Mitbewohnerin macht derzeit ihren Master in Iserlohn. Die Stimmung in der WG ist gut und es wird auch gerne hin und wieder zusammen was unternommen.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Innenstadtnähe. Der Bahnhof ist fünf Gehminuten weit entfernt.
